Domestic Shipping
OhayoPop ships to all 50 US states, US protectorates, APO and FPO addresses.
We do not ship to P.O. Box Addresses.
Processing times
We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible once an order has been placed. We ship Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm CST, except holidays. Once an order is placed it begins processing the following business day, including those orders placed on holidays and weekends. Our typical processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. Tracking is provided for every package at the completion of processing.
An order will be shipped only upon all items in the order are available. If your order includes both Pre-Order item and In-Stock item, your entire order will NOT ship until ALL items become available.
Shipping Methods
We use the following services for domestic delivery:
Several shipping methods are used for each carrier. Some shipping methods explicitly state which carrier will be used. Others may ship by a variety of carriers depending on the properties of the package. Currently our flat rate shipping option uses multiple carriers. If you choose a method where multiple carriers can be used, you cannot request a specific carrier.
Expedited shipping options are generally not available during checkout. If you wish to use an expedited shipping option we would recommend contacting Support after placing the order. This will allow you to let our team know that you would like your order shipped with a faster service and we can invoice for that service.
Once an order has shipped we can not make any additional changes to the shipment method or destination address.
Delivery Estimates
Under normal circumstances the stated delivery day/range is accurate 99% of the time. There will be a small portion of shipments that take longer. If your delivery has not arrived we suggest you check the tracking to get a package update. Please be advised that some addresses may consistently take longer than the stated delivery dates. Deliveries may also take longer if you live in an area that is experiencing an unexpected service delay, such as severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.
