For international orders, shipping starts at $15.99 and is calculated based on weight at checkout. We use Deliver Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, so all import taxes and customs fees are included in the price shown — no unexpected charges when your order arrives.

What if the package is not received or is damaged?

Don't worry — all OhayoPop packages come with tracking and are fully insured. 

We handle the insurance claim for you, and eligible orders are refunded within 2 business days. 

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, check your mail box, locker, and ask your neighbors first.

If your package arrives with visible damage from carrier, take photos or video before opening it — a video of you opening the box and inspecting the item helps us process claims faster. Send us the photos or video if damage is found.
