We ship all orders from our warehouse in Texas, USA. 

Orders over $75 ship free within the continental U.S., while orders under $75 have a flat $7.99 shipping charge. Hawaii and Alaska orders are a flat $15.99. We also offer express shipping options, which you can see at checkout. 

For international orders, shipping starts at $15.99 and is calculated based on weight at checkout. We use Deliver Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, so all import taxes and customs fees are included in the price shown — no unexpected charges when your order arrives.

We handle the insurance claim for you, and eligible orders are refunded within 2 business days.
