All OhayoPop packages provide tracking and are fully insured. We will handle the insurance claim for you and refund eligible orders in 2 business days.
If you have not received your package but the tracking shows it's delivered , please email our customer service support[at]ohayopop.com as soon as possible.
If your package arrives with noticeable damages from outside, please take a picture/video before opening. A video of opening the box and inspecting the item is highly recommended for faster processing time. Email us if the item is damaged upon inspection.
