How does Pre-Order work?

No payment due when you pre-order at OhayoPop !

When everyone else charges you a few months or even a year before shipping, you will not pay until your pre-ordered items are in-stock at ohayoPop!

Here is how it works step by step:

  1. You choose the “Pre-Order” variant and place an order with $0 charge
  2. We order from our vendors (usually in Japan for most SKUs) according to the pre-order volume.
  3. Once the items arrive at our warehouse in Texas US, we will notify all pre-order customers via email.
  4. You place a new order with the “Payment Due before Shipment” variant. Please pay as soon as you can to secure your order. Pre-Order does not guarantee you get it. Since no payment is due when you pre-order, supplies only last on a first-pay-first-fulfill Rule.
  5. Pre-order to be the first to know when in-stock.
  6. After payment is processed, your pre-order will ship the next business day as any other in-stock items.

How long does it take to ship?

Please refer to the estimated shipment time for pre-orders.

Once the pre-order items are in-stock, your orders placed after 9:00 AM (US Central Time) will ship the next business day.

Transition Time

  • United States: 3-8 business days. Most of our customers receive their packages within a week.
  • International: 1-4 weeks

How much is the shipping cost?

  • Free shipping for orders over $75, or just $6.99 flat shipping within the continental U.S.
  • $12.99 flat shipping for Hawaii and Alaska.
  • International shipping starting at $15.99 calculated based on weight at checkout.

What if the package is not received or is damaged?

All OhayoPop packages provide tracking and are fully insured. We will handle the insurance claim for you and refund eligible orders in 2 business days.

If you have not received your package but the tracking shows it's delivered , please email our customer service support[at]ohayopop.com as soon as possible.

If your package arrives with noticeable damages from outside, please take a picture/video before opening. A video of opening the box and inspecting the item is highly recommended for faster processing time. Email us if the item is damaged upon inspection.
